Dura color is a ready to use colored surface hardener for coloring and hardening
concrete floors. It's a cement base material with additives & hardener elements It
is applied as a dry shake over freshly leveled and floated concrete in heavy- duty
commercial, residential and industrial areas.
The surrounding areas should be protected from contamination from tools on color.
Never use Calcium chloride in concrete, which is to be colored with toss on color.
Empty DuraColor in dry, clean bucket and aerate before spreading on concrete surface. Apply evenly using a casting type motion. There should be minimal amount of bleed water on the concrete surface before applying Durra Color. Apply 75% of Dura Color and trowel it to complete the coloring process.
Use fresh uncontaminated water for curing to reach maximum strength.
For dark colors 2.25:2.75kg p/m2
For light and medium color 3:3.5 kg p/m2
Light colors may also need additional amounts.
As for colored concrete:
5-6kgp/m2 (wet shake)
3-4 kg p/m2 (Dry shake)
More than 100 standard colors in addition to especially custom blending colors are available upon special agreement.
